Repair Process

iSpecialize offers in-store and mail in repairs for your convenience.


For in-store service, just visit any of our locations. You can pre-pay by purchasing a listed repair on our website and giving your order number and matching email to the store rep. Please notify the rep of your web purchase at the time of drop-off. Prepaying is not necessary for an in-store repair and you are welcome to pay after the repair is complete for most repairs.

Some repairs may require a deposit to order parts or complete.
Some repairs may require parts to be ordered to match your device. Most parts take about two to four business days to arrive.
Most repairs are completed the same day, with our most common screen replacements taking about an hour. All time frames are subject to change. 

Some repairs may be subject to a service fee. This fee is in consideration of the time and labor invested in a repair attempt.


For mail-in service, please select and purchase the appropriate repair on our site and indicate in the check-out notes that it is a mail-in repair. If your specific repair is not listed please contact us for a custom quote.

Return shipping will be via USPS, UPS, or FedEx standard shipping, at iSpecialize's discretion. Standard shipping is included with the cost of most repairs. Some repairs may require an additional shipping fee. If you need expedited shipping or have a special shipping need please let us know. For special shipping needs please email us a shipping label or we can send an invoice via Paypal for expedited shipping costs.

All repairs undergo a thorough intake and post-repair inspection to check device condition. We don't require passwords or device PIN except as necessary to complete the repair(s) requested. Without the password or PIN we are unable to check or verify some device functions and assume no liability for those functions. For this reason, we recommend providing the device PIN or removing it during the repair process.

iSpecialize assumes no liability for the data or content of your device. We recommend doing a full backup of vital information on a regular basis and especially before a repair. For privacy protection, we make no backup or copy of your device data unless that is explicitly requested as a service and you give us release to perform that backup service.
